I came to know about Hayajan through its founder and lead singer/guitarist Alaa Wardi. Alaa has a really cool YT Channel where he posts Acappella covers and some original stuff that he records (and films).



Hayajan's debut Ya Bay (loosely translated to O Father) is amongst the finest of Arabic Rock that I had the pleasure of listening to, their music is something along the lines of Pink Floyd/Anathema/Coldplay/*insert shoegaze band*; topped with Alaa's marvelous vocals. Check for yourselves:
