Seems like I'm not able to keep up with this threat anymore. What should I check, based on my taste?

Drowned - Idola Specus, Paz's.

Not always, only when it's with you =p
you could go with the other 12344 other albums on the last two pages. Just put your finger on the critical case.

^No probs.

Another one of Dangerboner's recs, *cough*Paz you'd better not complain anymore*cough*. This label seems to be churn out both shit and gold. Unoriginal, but really tight Hour Of Penance-like tech/brutal death :

These guys are on tour with Ulcerate, Gigan and Wormed and have released a demo recently. It's sounds basically like Portal+Ulcerate with a little of black metal flavor (and clean voxs at the end of the 1st track :|)

I can only complain about the quality of your latest link, if you want to

Totally boring and unremarkable stuff overall. Nothing really grabs my attention. The cover art, on the other hand, reminds me of Aevangelist's debut. Similar concept but damn worse execution. Also their logo is fucking ugly, to be meticulous

So yeah, keep 'em comin

That rec wasn't for you. I was just talking about the fact I passed it on. You didn't have to subject yourself to it.

Not my cup of tea but might be something you might like Ilham, won't be offended if you don't, there just a band from the nz underground.

Actually I like it! I listened to it last week, but I forgot to write down it was from NZ. Thanks, even if I hadn't liked it, I like the idea of personalised recs .

So yeah, I recommend this back to the other guys, it's a nice, classic and straightforward grind/d-beat album.

Some rather wired and old (Jan 2014) black metal with electronic effects from Poland, which I'm not sure if it was ever shared here (shame Paz):

(haven't head it completely myself)
Edit: It seems to be a side project of the Cssaba guy.

Moreover: avantgarde metal in the vein of VED BUENS ENDE, Virus and YUREI (actually yhe yurei guy plays in this). Most of the album seems to be written between 1993 and 1999, which makes it impressive. Feels like it could be a classic if it was released back then.

Progressive metal, the album's got a fair amount of variety, and the frontwoman has a killer voice.
