Which one is your favorite? I'm wondering what the community think is the best one.

This just reminded me that I don't remember what any of these albums sound like. When I get some spare time I should familiarize myself with Ulver's discography...

Yes do it, everything Garm creates is golden imo.

I love their electronic stuff more than their black metal stuff to be honest. I'll vote for Shadows of the Sun, it's a very calming, relaxing experience, although I love Lyckantropen Themes as well, that's a close second. Perdition City is also a close third.

"Shit" is a little too biting imo, but so far I also never could understand the Ulver's phenomenon, vision of the genius, which everybody talk about.

I realize this is not the music easy to understand and assimilate. But I really spent a lot of time with this sophisticated, minimal, Ulver's noise, looking for a fabled landscapes of beauty. And I am still looking for..

Love Shadows Of The Sun and War of the Roses, but have a bit more personal memories, and thus sentiment, with Perdition City, so that gets my vote.
