I think I didn't get the name of the album, it wasn't repeated enough in the first track.

Oh, that's a lot of love. This has a "margin of improvement", as in it could easily go up in my esteem as well as up to an eight - which was my original vote. Usually stoner grows on me.

Indeed, green doesn't appear too often, maybe because it's too neutral and not aggressive enough - for metal I mean.

That is a very nice little piece of art. I looked up the artist yesterday, I was pleased by what I saw.

Hmmmm shame. I actually found it boring. I can see why someone would like it though but to me it felt like it took one good moment and just beat it dead for way too long.

My opinion is teetering between boring and mildly enjoyable in certain situations. Nothing special for me.

Hey, I earned that ring some time ago already and for many reasons. This should just speed things up.

I really just have a problem with the vocals on the first track. Too cliché and they don't add anything after the fiftieth time he said "empress rising". After the seventh minute - it's horrible, I know, I shouldn't be allowed to do that on this kind of album... but - I skip it. But then I get to that part I had playing in my head for twelve hours . I don't know if I'll drop the nine yet. Needs to grow. How many times have you listened to this? Ten? Twenty? Thirty times?

It's been out now for 5 months and I'm thinking... the first week it was up on Bandcamp I was listening to it at least once a day, and that turned into twice a day for about another month, and then I ordered the CD and listened to it even more. All in all I think about 50 times is more accurate. The only thing I've listened to on a similar basis is the latest Mastodon. The rest of the releases I've heard this year (with the exception of Ethereal Riffian) have passed me by quietly.
