After some teasing, death metallers Obituary release their first song in five years. It is off their upcoming opus Inked In Blood and it is titled "Visions In My Head". Vocals don't feel as strong as previous albums. Mind you, his vocal work has never really been that strong IMO.

Vocals don't feel as strong as previous albums. Mind you, his vocal work has never really been that strong IMO.

For some reason my mind went immediately to his brother and I was like I dunno the drums sound fine to me. Although I don't know if tired is the most appropriate word to describe the vocal work - that's always been the style with Obituary, those raspy shouted kind of growls.
