Melvins - New Song Available Online
It seems like the always prolific Melvins recently premiered the first taste of their new record Hold It In. While the album will only be released on October 14th via Ipecac Recordings, you can now listen to the first tune "Brass Cupcake" below. This is also the opening track of the album. Have fun!
This is Melvins' first studio album as a quartet since 2010's The Bride Screams Murder. Joining Buzz Osborne and Dale Crover for the 12-song outing are Butthole Surfers' guitarist Paul Leary and bass player JD Pinkus.
The group will be touring in October/November with Pinkus in tow.

Woah, this is kind of weird for a Melvins sound. Pretty cool. I liked Tres Cabrones a lot, so this will hopefully just as good.

This song is cool but I liked Bride of Crankenstein better. Melvins still rule no matter what. If anything MAYBE this on will get Radio play. Hah! I wish. I might try requesting the hell out of on local rock stations.
