Hard to tell with those 2...

On the one hand their spreads look too wide, and varied to be abuse. But on another hand, they look so seemingly random that it makes one wonder if they're trying to be smart and hide their abuse amongst a wide array of rating habits; and on this same hand some of their ratings are just like, "Really, how can one hate that album so much? O_o". And on another hand some of their rating habits seem so similar one can't help but wonder if they're multi-accounts; but there's no overt proof other than them both being Belorussian.

Boggling, for sure. But nothing can be really be done about it because, if they are abusing smartly, and/or they are a multi-account, they've done a decent enough job at covering their tracks.

Yeah, I have also realised what Puppets does must be a bad joke. I mean disliking several well recognised albums so much he would give them a ONE? There is such a wide scale, one should only be given to albums that are absolutely unlistenable to. Sure, musical taste is subjective and individual, but this much?

Firstly he seems to have double account, so at least one of them must be nuked. Also, if you take a closer look at his votes (they are lots..), he likes hard rock, classic heavy metal and a bit of thrash, but he sucks everything else (black, death, doom or whatever other genre).. If you think that this guy he listened all these albums that he voted, groups like Dissection, Morbid Angel, Inquisition, Carcass, Emperor, Septic Flesh, Deicide, Darkspace, Death etc etc, it's ok, but I think it's obvious that he votes just for managing the top lists and nothing else.

If I take myself for example, I personally cannot listen to any proggresive metal.. I don't like it at all, it pains my ears, i cannot help it.. But I don't go to any progressive band to rape it with bad rating. It's not fair to do that. And obviously, it's not fair to rate albums that you haven't listen! (You cannot listen a dosen of albums of a genre that you don't like!)

No it doesn't matter, but it's stupid to rate albums of a genre that you don't listen to.. Too many black and death metal bands are abused in ratings for that reason. And if we speak for small bands that don't have too many votes (black metal bands at most), the voting abuse makes a big difference on the overall rating in the end, and it's just not fair.. It's not the end of the world ofcourse, they are just ratings, but it's not a bad thing to inform moderators if you see something like this.. However, in the case of this guy, he has a double account.. If he didn't have, i wouldn't post anything about him. I saw his votes closely because of this.
