Blackthorn - New Video Released
While details regarding their upcoming output haven't been disclosed yet, Russian symphonic gothic metal outfit Blackthorn reveals today their newest video for the track "The Spectral Evildence", a track which will be included on the as of yet untitled studio album. The video was produced by Vadim Azadov and you can view it below. Enjoy it and tell us what you think of the new song.

Written by Opethian on 02.11.2014 at 21:54 I don't really thing it is a filler track. Listening to the past Blackthorn recording, this band does not play your usual mellow symphonic goth metal. I do believe they are one of the best things that happened for the gothic metal movement in the past couple of years. Aside from the all-female band gimmickry that attracts attention, the members seem to possess a strong sense of musicianship. This is neither catchy nor dull, it is well balanced.
