Powerwolf - Begin Recording New Album
German power metallers Powerwolf have been holed up in the studio to record the upcoming 6th studio album, and follow up to 2013's Preachers Of The Night, expected to be released in the summer of 2015. More details will be known in the following weeks.
The band comments: "On January 4th we have ceremoniously started the recordings for the upcoming album at Kohlekeller Studio. Roel van Helden is currently outdoing himself tracking drums with amazing energy. The drums sound alive and big in the newbulit recording room at Kohlekeller Studio, and already now with only guide tracks and drums it all sounds amazing. We'll probably spend the rest of the week celebrating our Dutch drum-demon while he keeps beating the hell out of his drumset. Next up will be guitar recordings, starting probably by the end of the week. We'll keep you posted."

Last album was hit and miss. Didn't enjoy as much as Blood Of The Saints. If this could be(or nearby) deliver Blood Of The Saints 2.0, it'll be an awesome release.
