Between The Buried And Me - Announce New Album And Tour

Between The Buried And Me have lifted the veil today on their new album. For now, we know that it will be called Coma Ecliptic and the band just announced a tour for July through August in North America. The tour features support from Animals As Leaders along with openers The Contortionist. The tour will be the band's first official set of dates following the release of Coma Ecliptic on July 7th worldwide. Mark your calendars! You can find out more about the concept album below.

Once again, the band has returned with an ambitious concept album. This time, the story follows the wanderings of an unidentified man, stuck in a coma, as he journeys through his past lives. Each song is its own episode in a modern day, sort of The Twilight Zone-esque fashion. The unidentified man enters each world and is offered a choice: stay, or move on to the next in search of something better, something more "perfect."

New music and pre-orders bundles will be launched on April 3rd, 2015. Hopefully, the band will continue to deliver compelling music after The Parallax II: Future Sequence.

China was a neat
The concept reminds me of another legendary album. The Human Equation. Not a bad thing at all, even if the quality is half as brilliant as that record then this will be damn good.

Let's hope they get the album mastered decently, at the very least, this time.

Each of their past 4 albums at least, definitely has had its own sort of thang going on, I strongly wonder what sort of thang will be going on here.

Let's hope that it's not a total rip off of The Human Equation and yes that album is Ace
