I've stopped posting on forums really. I just randomly post when I'm bored and use some forums for trading/selling. I spend most of my time listening to music and whacking off.

Hail Metal - Good Australian metal site/forum. Mainly use it for their news section as they not only add international news, but they add a lot of Australian news regarding metal and upcoming tours.

Last FM - I think this one's pretty self-explanatory. Always good for new recommendations.

Recording.org - Great website concerning recording tips and gear. Always comes useful.

There are a few others that I can't be arsed mentioning at the moment.
