Chthe'ilist - New Song Online, Debut Album Details

As previously reported here, Canadian death metallers Chthe'ilist are preparing the release of their debut album Le Dernier Crépuscule that will be out on January 29th, 2016 via Profound Lore Records (CD/digital). Now the band has recently revealed the album artwork (painted by Paolo Girardi) and also unleashed the first song taken from it. The new tune is called "Voidspawn". Prepare your ears and stream it at this location or below.

Anyway i need to relisten the whole demo... The premier song sounds exactly like a Demilich one... I remember them a bit more original...

Like the artwork too, maybe it just need some more contrast to enhance dark areas.

In the band's profile you missed an "e" at the end of the album title (Crépuscule, spelled correctly in this news)

I wonder why the artwork overshadows you the music, which is pretty similar in terms of quality to their demo

As for PG though: enough is as good as a feast.

I agree the demo artwork was nothing special, but this artwork I've just seen too much of in recent times. Musically the demo is pretty far ahead of this in terms of songwriting I found. This one just feels awkward.
