AC/DC - File Lawsuit To Stop Sale Of Counterfeit Merchandise

AC/DC are about to hit the road in the U.S. soon and they have filed a lawsuit to get a judge's order that it can use to direct federal marshals, and authorize local and state police and agents hired by the company to seize bootleg T-shirts and similar items during the band's upcoming U.S. tour, according to TMZ.

AC/DC is moving to block all non-authorized sale of its merchandise during the upcoming tour. The tour starts on February 2nd in Tacoma, and they're asking the court to launch a full scale attack sending U.S. Marshals and Police to the Tacoma Dome to arrest all offenders and seize all counterfeit merchandise. They're asking for the same show of force in other cities too.
