Got to listen to it last night, I like it a lot. It's clearly identifiable as his playing with the regular high-speed sweeps and some chord progressions common in Sylosis songs, but it's far more of a 'classic' melodic prog metal album - when I listen to it I know it reminds me of a couple of bands but haven't quite worked out which ones yet. Could've maybe done with some vocals rather than being almost an instrumental album, but it's a lot less 'wanky' than most instrumental prog metal albums these days and the songs generally work as songs, which is good
