Devourment, one of the greatest band to use a pitch shifter, i would like to see how many of you know this band and listen to them, and what you think of them. For those of you that dont know them this is the link to their official website http://www.devourment.us/
Their most recent release is the album 1.3.8. And to this day they have made a few albums, and even more great songs, my favorite is Choking On Bile.

I worship this releases, Molesting The Decapitated, 1.3.8, Butcher The Weak, btw Unleash The Carnivore not that bad! Favorite song "Serial Cocksucker" and "Masturbating At The Slab"

I agree Unleash the Carnivore is not bad at all. It is a different style than their previous releases, but is good overall.

i immensely enjoy the Swedish one. But the problem is only two songs of theirs have been relleaesed and it's on a sold oput 7" and those two are rehearsal recordings. But still infinitely superior to the horrid US Devourment. My god how I hate and despise modern death metal. All triggered allbrtual. I want my Grave Miasma, etc. I want groove and swing in my DM not sterile a dime a dozen shit.

I've never been a Death Metal fan but I'm fine with some old school DM stuff. But modern DM and Brutal Death? I'm out.

And don't even think to start a conversation with me about Goregrind, pornogrind and all the retarded shit that sounds like flushing a toilet over noise. I don't even call this crap music.

although ypungsters and all but totally old school death metal give Krypts, Dead Congregation, Undergang, Burial Invocation, Morbuc Chron, Unconsecrated, Miasmal, Veternus, Gravehameer a try. All totally old school dm bands but young so with the passion and fire needed unlike the geriatric bands.

Krypts is very good, but I don't think I will have a chance to buy the demo since it's so limited


it has been released on vinyl by Me Saco Un Ojo but that one is limited to 500. Will be getting a copy of the vinyl next week.
The cd-r is really impossible to find.
Btw, they will release new material soon
