Goddamn this new track sounds great.

That raised my expectations quite a bit. And "you" is still the addressee here, i like it. Awesome vocals in the refrain. Plenty of Red House Painters in the end. Killer track

Is it better than the debut? Just curious.

I hope that its better than the debut, as that album was a bit monotonous.

It's mostly kind of acoustic. Nothing to do with metal or even doom.
I think many people will find this one more monotonous than the debut.

I don't mind it.

It still retains the structure of Patrick's songwriting, just stripped down of any Metal elements. If you distort it ... BOOM, you have the same 40 Watt Sun from the debut.

Hmm, I'm actually going to join the people who are saying that these are their best work yet, from both monikers. While I love WFAD, I feel that it can drag at times. This doesn't bore me anywhere. (Score is the same though, so please don't point that out) This doesn't have Bridges on it though!

Apparently, this was recorded 'using 100% renewable energy'. How do they prove that? Was the studio cut off from the main power grid?
