Rhapsody Of Fire - Reveal New Singer

The new Rhapsody Of Fire line-up is shaping up. The symphonic power metallers have just revealed their new singer, following the departure of long-time vocalist Fabio Lione. Drummer Alex Holzwarth also left the band, by the way. So, who is the new singer? Giacomo Voli, the vocalist of symphonic metallers Teodasia, is joining them. Hear the new singer below.

The band stated briefly: "We are extremely proud to announce that Giacomo Voli is the new singer of Rhapsody Of Fire. As you can imagine, we are very enthusiastic to have Giacomo in the band and we can promise you that, beside his beautiful voice, he has brought new energy that we are looking forward to unleashing. Stay tuned! More news and footage coming really soon!"

Maybe, maybe... dude seems alright for Fabio, may be reminiscent of his stuff from 15 years ago...

He definitely doesn't have the beefy, juicy depth to his voice that Fabio does... but there's really no denying that he has a fantastic voice, either.

I like him better than Fabio. The accent could be much better, but then again, so could Fabio's.

Was just listening to their "Into the Legend" CD and this guys voice is pretty great. The only thing I didn't love about Rhapsody of Fire was Fabio's voice.
