Metallica has stolen the name of a song ManUNkind from this band https://soundcloud.com/manunkindmoscow. I've heard it from the man from their personnel a month ago in Oakland. Only couple of years Metallica's started to dig industrial, noise and black-metal music and of course decided to rip off something from less famous bands and genres.

The way you emphasized the word "stolen" and going on a posting spree about it makes it look like your own band or something. Anyway that's not that original a name to come up with. Also this.
