You totally ripped off my list, especially on the inclusion of Nobuo Uematsu

No, just kidding. I actually have only heard 3 of these, maybe I'll check the others out.

Meat and Potatos
^ A non metal best list without Nobuo Uematsu's FFVI would be incomplete though, so not surprising.

Except I included FF VII instead . Objectively, FF VI is Nobuo's best work to date, but I prefer to listen to VII's soundtrack anyway, because of the emotions it invokes, as VII is in my eyes, by far the crown jewel of the series.

Discovery is Daft Punk at their best imo, much better than their recent hits like "Get Lucky". Check out the song "Digital Love", if you don't like that one, you probably won't like the rest of it though.

Signs of Life is some of the best pop rock to ever come out of Finland. Poets of the Fall are so much better than Sunrise Ave or The Rasmus or whoever might be considered their "rivals". Best songs from that album would be Late Goodbye and Lift.

Külmale Maale by J.M.K.E. is probably the most important, influencial and downright awesome hardcore punk album by any Estonian punk band. Think of JMKE as the Estonian Dead Kennedys, only probably even better. None of it is in English, though.

Hope that info is at least somewhat usefel to thee

Lord Slothrop

Hunky Dory and Outside are my two favorite Bowie albums. Good choice.
