This album is incredibly weird. I'm not sure it's going to grow on me.
Also, I wish they kept the vocalist they used for The Spiraling Void for the rest of the album. The new BM guy ain't my cup of tea.
With that being said, the aforementioned song is great and so is Black Star. Will see about the rest.

People who think this album is a let down must not like it when a band alters their sound at all. This album is much more interesting than their previous IMO. The classical arrangements at some moments and the over all narrative vibe are very refreshing to me. I love this album.
