Hi (yay, first topic),
Let me introduce: Spoil Engine.
They're from Belgium (their hq is in my town) and they play melodic thrash/death or something. They call themselves the New Wave of Belgian Heavy Metal.
They're also on Graspop this year and they even were the opening act for Arch Enemy
I quite like them, but hey, what do you guys think?

Nice chick on the background of the MySpace.
And I couldn't help scrolling down a bit and noticed that photo in one of the comments.

The music sounds pretty good, the instrumental is quite nice. Though the vocals sound a little too 'modern' to me. How shall I say this without getting flamed.. they're too.. screechy?

I'm not a huge fan of the vocals either. The sound is better live though. But I guess it is a modern production all together. I like the classic (less processed) vocal style better too )
