Emptiness - Unleash First Track From Upcoming Record
After revealing details for their next studio record Vide, Emptiness now present the very first track "L' Ailleurs" as the first taste of what to come.
Emptiness comment on the track: "The Thing was born in a world to which It does not seem to belong. No straight lines, logic has no meaning. Life is the natural enemy. With no ill intent, the Thing both feeds, and is fed by death. Beyondness, "L' Ailleurs", is on its way."

I loved the spooky atmosphere. However, I hate how using French kinda ruins the whole thing.

I dont like French in my metal, or any other aspect of my life for that matter  I'm looking forwards to see what they do musically. The atmosphere is very odd, of-beat and alien, which I really loved.

Written by mz on 23.11.2020 at 15:50 I guess I do understand your point. It took me ages to finally appreciate metal that had Spanish on it. I blame soapoperas for that. It just felt forced somehow because I hear more Spanish in completely different music genres so in metal it felt odd. Some exceptions of course but many of them are often growled so... xD
