for me it was a hard fight between Hellfire and Theater Of Salvation, but finally Theater Of Salvation won, though it was close...but songs as Land Of The Miracle, Wake Up The King and Theater Of Salvation are unbeatable even by The Piper Never Dies, Jerusalem or Rise Of The Morning Glory
also Mandrake is brilliant album and Rocket Ride and Vain Glory Opera arent so bad too

Rocket Ride isnt so bad...well, it doesnt sound so good, but it is mainly because they tried to make some experiments and come up with new techniques...but no wonder "the mass" hadnt accepted it :?

Vain Glory Opera is a great album!
But I prefer Hellfire Club as my favourite... They take more personal influences of the past in a totally modern sound, staying in the band classic line!
Not so "funny" like now

Definitely Rocket Ride. Great performances from every member, and the songwriting is simply Edguy's best. Sure it has cheesy moments, but as if the rest of the Edguy catalogue isn't cheesy as hell.

I gave my vote to Hellfire Club, but I think Mandrake is as awesome as the first one I mentioned. Hellfire has one of thousands and thousands of reasons: Mille Petrozza. But Mandrake has another excellent one: Blind Guardian feature - and Wash Away The Poison... what a great song!!!!

Theater of Salvation overall, but it's a 10 and Hellfire Club and Vain Glory Opera are 9.9's. Simply fantastic.

No doubt I'll choose between Theater Of Salvation and Mandrake. These 2 albums are perfect for me.
The last 2 albums are weak and Hellfire Club was okay but there are songs on it that I don't like..

I picked Mandrake because it's their last great album. After it, they pretty much went to crap, although [i]Rocket Ride[/] wasn't horrible.

Cant believe nobody said "The Savage Poetry"... The re-recording of that album is amazing! Its hard to choose between that, "Mandrake" and "Hellfire Club". I'll probably go for Hellfire... just because it was the first Edguy album I heard. lol xD

I still haven't heard a couple of their albums, but from the ones I have, Hellfire Club is the best. The Piper Never Dies is a fantastic song.

Has to be "Hellfire Club" for me too... hands down the best album. It's catchier, and just generally better than "Mandrake" in my opinion, but it is a somewhat close second.
