You certainly know Tracii Guns by the fact that this guy is the "Guns" of "Guns & Roses". After 0 albums with the band and a lot of problems with Mr Axel Rose, Tracii founded "LA Guns" but he also did some "solo" albums. "All Eyes Are Watching" was his first solo album. Released in 1996, this album is now re-released by the label from Belgium, Mausoleum Records.

This album is not a really bad one, but I really wonder why Mausoleum even if maybe there is some demands, did this re-edition. I saw Tracii recently at Grapsop with "Brides Of Destruction" and I can affirm that this guy is a real guitar killer, a great showman, but the fact is that "All Eyes Are Watching" is more a US Hardcore album than a good old Hard Rock one like the ones we want with a guitarist like Tracii.
The result is not very convincing?. First, the production is bad and the sound is not good? It's a shame but on the other hand I understand it by the fact that this is not really the "music" of Tracii? He is just better to do real Hard Rock like with "LA Guns" than this kind of music. The other musicians and the singer are average, and well the songs are not very original and catchy. There is some good points like the fact that the music of the album at least is powerful yes, but well in general this is average, and there is a ton of better stuff to buy actually?
I must say however that there is a really good bio of Tracii in the booklet by Alfie Falkenbach, and four bonus tracks live with "LA Guns" which are good but with a really bad sound? Too bad?.

At the end I could say that this album is certainly for the fans of Tracii Guns, and the fans of "La Guns" maybe but well, I'm not sure that a lot of Metalheads are waiting after it and will buy it. If you like this kind of American Hard Rock /Hardcore well you can give a chance to this album, but if you don't like this music, that's ok, you can go away.
