Carnal Lust is not dead!!! Even after some problems and a radical turnover in the line up of the band, they are still alive and show us through this new EP that they could release a damn excellent new album soon. Yeah we could wait that the band do its real come back with a new album but why not an EP to calm down our impatience? That's just a good idea and at least all the ones who though that it was just the end of the French combo, know now that the rebirth of the band is more than real?

More melodic. That's the word which could describe the "new" music of the band. Of course, don't worry my friends, this is always a very good powerful and brutal Death Metal, but the chorus are a lot damn more catchy this time and a lot of parts in the music are definitely more accessible for a big majority of the listeners. Don't worry this is not a new version of the Swedish Melodeath Metal, no this is always like in the past with Carnal Lust but [it certainly come from the new line up] the songs are really, really good, and really that's good to see that this band which was a good one before is back and is only better now.
The four songs are powerful, the musicians are excellent, the voice of the new singer very aggressive is also very effective, he is good no doubt. If in addition of all these points, I add that the 4 songs are maybe the best ones of the career of the band? What do you want more ?
The production is also very good, very professional, really better than the one of "Whore Of Violence", it's hard to find something wrong on that EP. Maybe only the fact that we have 4 songs?

This EP is promising it will only give you the feeling that you want to listen to some more albums of this band. The first album was great, this EP confirm to us that we will have to keep an eye on this excellent combo of Death Metal made in France. Now, I'm just waiting to see the upcoming album of the band, which will be released, I hope, very soon.
