I have somewhat mixed feelings about this Russian band, in one hand they have great moments and some good arraignments In some songs, in the other hand, the sound is quite bad, the presentation and cover art are quite poor. No the question lies in, Can I separate the musical direction from the artistic direction and from the technical of the recording process? Can I? Can I? Stay tuned.

I must be honest and tell it without games, I hate the production of the Cd, it sounds horrible! I've been told that these is the re-release and re-master of their second album, out in 1999 in cassette format, maybe the sound is better than back then, but still, I don't feel any particular attraction to this band.

The band plays Gothic Metal with some Doom influences, in the vocal department is a female vocalist, a male vocalist and a growler, there's also a violin involved in the line up, which adds a lot of atmosphere to the sound.

No vocalist stands out, everyone are just doing their job without shining among the rest, songs are varied and compositions are the strong part of the record, songs like "Indifference", "Who Dares" and "Furtive World" are quite good and demonstrate that the band has talent and can write a cohesive piece without falling into the repetitiveness factor that is a flaw so common nowadays.

Since this is a re-master, I won't be so hard with the sound, although I thought it was pretty awful, the songwriting and musicianship is good, vocals? Need some work, and the cover art needs more inspiration. Not boring, not interesting, just a regular album.
