Black Metal is usually not my cup of tea; I found Black Metal to be extremely polarized as either you're raw, bad produced and hostile as the day is long or you're Melodic, symphonic and even gay as George Michael in public bathrooms. But every once in a while I get to hear really good Black Metal bands with incredible versatility in their music and with overwhelming songwriting skills?the Dutch (one-man) band Conspiracy is one of them.

Reincarnated is their debut album, but it's a great one no doubt; the whole record has structures that even the most experienced Black Metal band would love to have in their roster and musicianship that will amaze more than one listener. The overall line reaches Raw Black Metal characteristics, but I talked about versatility in the first paragraph remember? There are enough passages and melodic riffs for this guy to achieve mild rhythms and catchy lines here and there; so in the end, Conspiracy is a really good blend of both Black Metal poles and it will fit in the shelves of every Black-head out there.

The music sounds influenced by the right names in the scene; I can picture a younger "Carpathian Wolf" hearing Marduk and Carpathian Forest a lot. I just wish the production would have been a little better as most of the volumes appear to be masked and drowned; but the overall sound is partially clean though. In the end Reincarnated will surely be worshiped by Black Metal fans, so if you're into this kind of music I recommend you to find this album and buy it as soon as possible?but if you prefer clean vocals with fruity approaches and Dracula scares the hell out of you I don't even know why you're reading this review.
