I love anything obscure, esoteric, subversive and extreme, particularly droning soundscapes, ambient, industrial, noise, black metal (though very little depressive black metal) and a fair amount of doom. I don't tend to listen to very much death metal unless it's especially unique or interesting. Also have occasional cravings for the overly epic and melodic as well as trancey EBM, hardcore gabba and powernoise. Still enjoy melodic death, don't mind a little metalcore and nu-metal from time to time, am indifferent to power metal and heavy metal and despise most thrash.
