I currently work as a postdoctorate in scientific research (Toxicology and Experimental Cancerology). And as stated in one of my PhD results, don't forget that chronic alcohol consumption is bad for your TP53 gene [Link]. Tobacco is not better [Link].
About my musical tastes, see above (favorite bands and album collection).

Definitely, Born From Shadows is among noteworthy Doom metal albums of 2011. Please do not miss this piece of pure melancholy from Swedish metallers Isole. A must to have, really.
