Very good list.
Their new album was pretty decent with nice progressive elements but I feel lacks that subtle but present bite when Yama B was in the group.
The symphonic elements are great but the I wish they reconsidered doing something a bit heavier.
As for the rest of the list I pretty much agree. 'Beyond the End of Despair' is a masterpice in my opinion. All the elements that make a good prog/power record (stellar musicianship, well done but not forced ''epic'' moments, strong, confident vocals and an unrivaled sense of chemistry within the band) are present a full 110%. |
