Thumbs up: +1
These are the finest examples of Melodic Death Metal imo. What makes a geat melodeath song? Either the song's ability to sway the listener, fine melodies that are pleasing to the ear. Or eargasmic riffs with an up-tempo beat that makes you want to enter the mosh-pit straight away while not being too basic or predictable as in other genres such as thrash or death. Or the holy combination of both of these. These are the things I paid attention to while picking out the songs. While most of these songs have the combination factor, some songs, while not having that much of a swaying melody, are just too moshtastic that they simply cannot be overseen. Or the opposite, while not being as moshy, just have too beautiful a melody to oversee.
I hope you, the reader, can relate too my choices.
