This is a list of deathcore albums I think positively about. Meaning I include both stuff I think of as enjoyable and stuff I consider to be brilliant music. Order is alphabetical, also only one album per band.
As Blood Runs Black - Allegiance 2006 - Deathcore - Standard deathcore with actually really good songwriting and musicians.
8.
Ascariasis - Ocean Of Colour 2012 - Progressive/Technical Deathcore - Should be nice for people who liked Born Of Osiris' The Discovery.
9.
Beheading Of A King - Quasar 2011 - Deathcore
10.
Bermuda - The Wandering 2012 - Slightly Progressive-ish Deathcore
11.
Between The Buried And Me - Between The Buried And Me 2002 - Progressive Metalcore/Deathcore - Uldreth ya crazy for putting this on here? Nah, but seriously, this album is quite deathcore-ish and this band along with the members' side projects was a HUGE influence on the genre.
From A Second Story Window - Not One Word Has Been Omitted 2004 - Progressive Deathcore/Grind - Probably my favourite deathcore album, this one's easily the pinnacle of early 2000s deathcore to me.
Hester Prynne - The Goswell Divorce 2009 - Deathcore - Their 2013 album, Black Heart Market, is also great as well as being quite weird. Not sure how much "deathcore" though.
Ion Dissonance - Breathing Is Irrelevant 2003 - Mathcore/Technical Deathcore/Grind - The sound of your ears melting out of your head and sludging to the ground.
The Plasmarifle - While You Were Sleeping, The Entire World Forever Changed In An Instant 2008 - Technical Deathcore/Grind
45.
Prayer For Cleansing - Rain In Endless Fall 1999 - Proto-Deathcore - More of a metalcore album, but this one has actually legit swedish death metal riffage so what should I call it then? Band is pretty much responsible for both deathcore and "melodic metalcore". Also BtBaM members.
Abiotic - A Universal Plague EP (not sure about the LP as I haven't listened to it yet)
The Brothers Highhorse - Invasion EP (they only have this EP so far, but an LP is in the works for later this year hopefully, and their sound had changed considerably with their lineup since this release)
Terrorhorse - Unrequited And Unscathed (shame they broke up)
I think my only rec so far is that you swap out Whitechapel's This Is Exile for their latest self-titled. It's muy better in my opinion, even if it branches out to a little more death metal than their previous ones.
I'd also throw in As You Drown (debatable if they're deathcore or just pure death) and The Schoenberg Automaton here as well.
Oh I always meant to check out Sensory Amusia but for some reason never got around it, thanks for the reminders!
As You Drown, I dunno, I'd say that is death metal with deathcore aesthetics, but I also included The Breathing Process, for which I could also say the same (their first album is legit deathcore though) so I think I'll listen to them again and decide. I remember I liked what I heard when I listened to them a while ago so if I find enough xxcorezxx in it I'll probably add it.

I am pretty even about Whitechapel's stuffs. Except for the album they haven't released yet, if it will be like the songs they unveiled, I will NOT be liking that one.
Also got a few more albums I forgot about so will update this soon. Probably will post them just after the current list, breaking the alphabetical order to make it more easily seen what I updated.

Thanks for the recs, will check them. What's up with horses in deathcore anyways?!

-Hey guys, pentagrams and goats are overrated. What can we do to set ourselves, as deathcore bands, from all the trve metal bands?
-Yea, they are totally overrated. But what else is there?
-Idk, man.
-Me either.
-Hey, what about cows?
-Nah, Cattle Decap already has that market cornered. We don't want to look like Cattle Decap clones.
-Yea, let's be original.
-I got it!
-What?
-Horses! Let's make horses metal!
-Horses? Hmm. Yea ok, sure. Fuck it. Why not...
I am quite neutral about that band, so I decided not to include it. Besides, while I did include some big names, that is not really the purpose of this list, everyone knows Suicide Silence.
