Pagan black metal formation from Finland, Ancestors Blood, have decided to disband after 20 years. There will be one more release from the band in the near future, a split with Heimdalls Wacht released by Heidens Hart. More info soon.

Statement from Ancestors Blood as follows: "After 20 years, long and careful consideration and zero remorse, I have decided to dissolve Ancestors Blood of existence so after today AB will be no more.

We want to thank every labels, bands, organizers, promoters, zines etc. and for all those individuals who have collaborated with us and supported, shared the journey and given us the right tools "to venture as far as possible.

"I also want to give big thanks to my bandmates E.Heinonen, K.S. & ALH + special thanks to L.K.K. for sharing my vision and making this journey even possible at all.
