There are too many boring bullshit, selective choices as usual from listers who add anything (and everything) they remember what they seem is good but be merely impressionable/ unmemorable as a whole. Thus forgetting what's deemed truly to be best are outliers. If given the choice, you wouldn't go out of your way to own something which didn't do much for you so why lie to yourself? A good effort does not mean the best by any means unless it can be compared and contrasted. Great example is how Lurker Of Chalice's compilation has some pieces of mastery (IX) alongside sadly some meandering ones that had anyone heard the demos knew it was coming and so on. Neptunian Maximalism also had a lot going for it except for much replayability which is saying a lot when it comes to consuming double-length albums. Both stand as honorable mentions. I still have some things to try out as I normally catch up at this time and by all means I welcome any recommendations, although knowing my standard, it will likely fall into the Shadow Realm of boring garbage. [EDIT] After seeing this is list 6464, that year came with the personally awesome news of sibling #64 Kadabra get the TCG release and justice it deserved! -  Rest In Chaos Sean, Timo, my neighbours Martin & Adele, and Alexi.
