When you think about it there isn't really anything special about Anvil in the 1980's, apart from the fact that they did NWOBHM pretty damn good. 'Forged in Fire' is fast, aggressive and extremely solid, even for its genre.

Except for the fact that Metal On Metal and this one influenced all thrash bands around at the time.

Well I meant that there wasn't anything distinctive about it, especially compared to other albums of the same genre released at the same time:P
