The Iron Times is a fantastic closer!

Naturally it's not anywhere near as good as their classic albums, but BoB's still very enjoyable basic metal.

I like those songs. Its good even band re wrote, re create, re copy, re sung, re compose own sound , but they change something in homework that its not copy past. I think ist strong album
Better as all of us expected this will turn out.

After 1st listen... not bad, but little dissapointing, classic midle-rhytm Rock N Rolf solo album. The last song pretty interesting.

Kind of what I expected really, some good songs, but mostly just average songs, and as usual the closing epic is the highlight for me, just disappointed by how slow the tempo is. Those speedy riffs have been lacking ever since the Rivalry, I miss the old Running Wild.

Where's skelator's insight's on is this Angelo Sasso or nah?

I'm at about 10 listens , this feels like a huge step forward from recent releases. Diamonds & Pearls, Crossing the Blades, The Shellback & Iron Times feel like classes RW. I like the One Night, One Day I have seen it panned by some.

Once again a Good record from the old sea dogs. I wanted to give it a few listens and not come prematurely here to write something rushed, as I'm not known as someone of premature comings. The first thing I noticed is how the production tries to go back to Blazon Stone/Pile Of Skulls/Black Hand Inn era and I'm quite enjoying it. The second thing is that Rolf seems still to be struggling with the dilemma of playing the old RW sound on some songs and playing some generic hard rock songs on others; I wish the former was the direction for the whole album, because when it comes to the latter, the band doesn't manage to make anything better than average happen; they're still not Thin Lizzy after how many times -- I've lost count -- they've attempted it.

So the better songs are the metaller ones: Blood On Blood, Wings Of Fire, Diamonds & Pearls, Crossing The Blades, The Shellback (some kind of Black Hand Inn throwback was needed at this point of time!!) and The Iron Times. Hence, a great job from Capitan Kasparek and the mateys

Solid album, but nothing special. One mid-tempo rocker follows the next, and the songs all sound pretty similar. Two or three up-tempo songs would have done the album good. After "The Rivalry" Running Wild only released mediocre to almost good-class albums, "Blood On Blood" is no exception.

It's a okey record but most of the songs are too long compared to what they offer and I have a hard time looking past the plastic production. I prefer both Resilient and Rapid Foray to this one
