With each new release they become more and more experimental. And I was ok with that on Horror Cósmyco, it was a great record although not on a level of masterpieces that A Ella Te Conduce La Sagrada Espyral and especially Pyedra were. This time it's a bit too formless and chaotic. Still not a total disappointment though.

I don't remember particularly 'getting' previous Pylar albums I tried, but I'm digging this quite a bit, particularly Crepitacion Solar - drones, chanting and ritualistic drumming together is just a great combo of sounds for me, and the more abstract meandering isn't annoying enough to cancel that out

I'm quite liking this album, it reminds me of a German Krautrock band I used to listen to quite alot called Amon Düül II. It's weird, trippy and chaotic, so I can completely understand why most people would be turned off by this.

The strangest thing is I'm getting a weird vibe of Dr Who taking a trip into the depths of hell in his Tardis

Amon Düül II is such a great band. I'd have to revisit some of their stuff for reference.

One of the many great underrated bands from the early Krautrock scene. For some reason the album that sprung to mind when I was listening to this was Yeti One I will now have to dig out of my collection

I did realize that I only listened to two of their albums. Just revisited Yeti, so I'll go into some of the other ones.
