Do you like Elder? Do you like Weedpecker? If you answered 'yes' twice, then you will like Humanotone.

Anyone who digs mid-2010s Elder and Weedpecker should definitely check this out - it is a bit limited on the vocal front (but it's a one-man project so entirely understandable), but the music is really great

Went into this with little expectation but holy crap this is great. Must-listen for fans of the proggy psychadelic stoner style.

Incredible! Psychedelic atmospheres, heavy riffing, melancholy vocals, fun energy - this is one awesome trip!

We don't need Pink Floyd on Metal Storm anymore - we've now got Humanotone

I'm getting some strong Mastodon vibes from this, it's very impressive stuff, one of the best stoner metal albums I've heard in recent years, that guitar tone is magical! And those guitar solo's are top class, what makes it all the more impressive is the fact that it's only a one man project. Although I thoroughly enjoy the whole album, I have to say the last two tracks are truly remarkable. The only downside for me is the vocals, which I found a wee tiresome after a while, but musically it's a stunning piece of art.

Mastodon and elder are definitely the two bands that came to my mind when I heard this album. Their debut album was a bit heavier, this is just a stoner metal masterpiece. The guitar leads in this album is just sublime.
