I liked their second album En Ergô Einai but after that I have started losing interest. Somehow these Triade albums haven't really clicked with me.

This is seriously good! Possibly the best black metal release I've listened to from this year so far.

Aara create an absolutely magical chamber atmosphere like no other band can. These guitars are so cathartic and engulfing, they almost sound baroque at times.
Yes, this may not be the absolutely best album I've heard this year - the band didn't bring too many new elements to their sound, but it wasn't needed in the first place since this one concludes a trilogy - but their uniqueness and vision should definitely find their audience

I preferred the previous release to this, unfortunately I'm not really taken by this particular release. "Unstern" is the stand out track for me, I like the eerie background chanting on that song but other than that there's not much else I'm into.

I like this one as well
