Some versions contain the bonus tracks "Supplementary Exegesis" and "Wintermute", originally from the EP Thy Pale Dominion. The Digipak remaster also contains the latter track.

Rating: 9 Of the first three Bethlehem classics, this one is weaker than S.U.I.Z.I.D. and especially the album that followed this one.

Even though I immensely like Shining's first five albums those five don't even come close in quality to Bethlehem's first three.

I really wish that too. Somehow nothing in doom/death doom sounds as good as old Bethlehem, though there are some bands which come close (mostly in funeral doom).
