Sludge, with some groove, and progressive lick of guitars or piano. The singer reminds me a bit of Randy Blythe on New American Gospel. But as far as sludge goes, this is a rather atmospheric release, I'm mostly just listening to the gritty sound. The powerful bits, melodic licks and instrumentals are just there to regrab your attention. As a results the songs don't stick in your mind, they are a bit samy, but the whole experience is pleasant
