The War Ensemble cover is pretty cool, not sure about a whole album of these renditions though. I do like when bands totally transform songs when they cover them so I’ll have to at least give it a chance.

Is this a Slayer tribute?

Looks like a stoner/doom Slayer tribute band. If it is, it’s a missed opportunity to call it “Slowyer.”

This is oddly satisfying. The only song they clearly struggle with is South of Heaven, which comes off as awkward at points. Neat vocals too.
