It's most certainly inspired by King Diamond but it's still a pretty entertaining album I'd say despite the lack of originality. In terms of how KG impersonators go he pretty much has it nailed.

This is King Diamond in modern studio, modern sound mix, digital music and less horrible screams, anyway to me its rip off album, but I prefer this as what they copy.

Written by Nejde on 06.04.2024 at 12:48 A King Diamond clone does not interest me much, also BE's cringe post makes me think I'd better stay away. There are a few Tool inspired bands I listen to from time to time, Wheel goes a bit beyond being a Tool clone though. Nice band.

I've seen this band @ Wacken '22 - they actually made me to change my original concert-list plans as I was walking past the stage @ which they were playing, they were THAT good!  And I have to admit it was a great idea to put them on roster since MF were playing at this very festival as well. Although Attic still have to 'grow' into bigger stage shows, they're an absolute delight for MF/KD fans as their material stands relatively well next to the highly-praised original. However, if you don't fancy KD/MF, I'd remove 60-70% weight from this recommendation
