The year is shaping up nicely

I was really into this band in the days of E x | i s t and The Reflecting Void, but haven't really listened to them in years - this will be a good opportunity to reconnect with them

It's a bit of a shame that this has come along so long after I lost interest in Infestus - I was really into their early 2010s albums for a while, but have really lost connection, and can't find it in me to go back to them. This album does reignite some memories of them though, and in doing so maybe has me thinking why I engaged with Infestus that much more than with other atmo-black at the time; there's definitely something of a post-black streak running through the writing that plays to my tastes
