04:28 - Redn1ght What I've found is that doing it in short sets gets better result than long ones, like not 1 hour runs but rather shorter runs that equal to the same distance.
04:16 - !J.O.O.E.! My diet was terrible, though under 2500 calories. And I've never been overweight. Well within my BMI.

04:12 - Redn1ght JOOE, did you fast on shit like alcohol/drugs/whatever? You gotta lose weight first before anything too. MZ, you can do it after each jog round for example. :) Too bad I got a foot injury so I can't be running around like that.
04:09 - !J.O.O.E.! I ran for a couple of months. Every couple of days for an hour each time. Didn't improve my health or energy levels.

I wonder if anybody's ever gonna beat Shape Of Despair as far as heaviness and slowness are concerned... Seldom have I heard something slower than Angels Of Distress. Slower than that would be going backwards. Shape Of Despair or the art of playing riffs that last four minutes each... Now I know what funeral doom is supposed to be.
