This sounds like something some amateurs recorded in one session as cheaply as possible. I guess it's listenable basic and average thrash metal, but for a metal album released in the 90's this is not good at all. Thrash metal alone had evolved into more technical and progressive territory around this time and there were already interesting death metal and black metal bands around, so there's no valid excuses for this kind of sloppy releases.
