'Eliminator' isn't necessarily a bad album, its just that it was a radical shift from the hard-hitting rockier edge of the late 70's to a sound much supported by AOR influences and Synthesisers. That said, 'Gimme all your lovin'' prove the band's much renowned credibility as a really fun rock band to listen to. Some songs here can teeter on the monotonous side a bit, but its clear the 80's had a great influence over ZZ top.
