This is sadly what I would expect a typical 80s rock album sounding like. There is no "hard" to be heard and the band seems to have lost the identity it once had. This music has all been heard before and that was enough, and even too much, already. Good riddance !

After reading some reviews of this on the internet I was expecting the worst but it's not that bad, it's once again alright AOR. Some real bad songs here though, both School's Burning and Party Time has to be among their very worst tracks. On the other hand I think songs as Night of the Wolf, Angel and Poor Little Rich Girl is pretty okey. Also once again it does sounds a lot like the albums Magnum released during the second half of the 80's, did Tony Clarkin listen to the 80's Heep albums and got inspiration? Anyway both Vigilante and Wings of Heaven are way better than this.
