You think a band can't be Brutal and Technical at the same time? You are wrong dude, Necrophagist is one of those bands that merge brutality with complexity. This German guy (you won't believe this, "Onset Of Putrefaction" was recorded, executed, etc. by just one man: Muhammed Suicmez) released "Onset Of Putrefaction" as his (nowadays "their" because after this album Muhammed gathered other musicians) first full length, not many actually know this band so let's review this album right now.

Rating: 9 Well f*** me for not listening to this album until today ..... I have heard about Necrophagist a million time but always overlooked them due to unknown "must check the new stuff" reasons and now all I can think of is how brutal the mutilated stillborn's bloody intestines could be when served with some french fries

  Amazing album.
king_matt - 10.10.2011 at 06:49
Rating: 10 Much better than Epitaph. Epitaph was more "look how good I can play the guitar" than "I can write amazing riffs."
