I love the intro! It's not that surprising anymore hearing a piano in death metal, but it definitely kicks the album off to a great start, especially with the melodic guitar leads (which continue right through to the end of "Ein Leben Lang"), as "Verlust" is more of an outro designed to really let the listener know that things are about to come to and end, despite the quick drum work. An awesome album overall, I'd highly recommend it to fans of melodic black metal and/or melodic death metal in general who like fast-paced music with deep growls and shrieks.

A word of warning for those who like to dissect an album's lyrical content: These guys sing completely in German so unless you have a grasp of the language you won't have much luck figuring out what they're singing about.
